The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
    You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
  • Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?
    No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.
  • Do your wash windows?
    Unfortunately, we do not wash windows
  • If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?
    Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.
  • Can I schedule repeat weekly services?
    Yes, you can always book online for multiple weeks, as long as the date/time is not already booked. If you'd like to schedule long term repeat services, please let us know.

Cancellation Policy

We understand things happen and plans change.

If you need to cancel an appointment please do so 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. 

If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be refunded 50% of the total cost of the scheduled services.
